With over seven years of experience, Raghav has worked across organisations of all sizes. His background spans global consulting firms such as ZS Associates, high-growth startups like Lenskart, and hands-on SME and retail environments including The RedShed. This breadth has allowed him to work closely with executive leadership as well as end customers, giving him a deep understanding of business challenges from strategy through to day-to-day operations, grounded in empathy for the people using the systems.

Throughout his career, Raghav worked directly and indirectly alongside multiple agencies across web, marketing, and technology. Over time, he noticed a recurring pattern. Many businesses were paying significant fees without clear visibility into what they were actually getting in return. Deliverables were often opaque, outcomes poorly defined, and accountability limited, leaving clients unsure whether their investment was truly driving growth.

Having built and managed end-to-end digital systems himself, Raghav saw an opportunity to do things differently. He co-founded RadXP to bring transparency, clarity, and measurable outcomes back into digital work, focusing on practical solutions that align business goals with the people who use the systems every day.
